Crackersnacks BBQ is an absolute gem! We first spotted this roadside food truck a couple of months ago while passing through Fenton and made a promise to stop the next time we were in the area. So glad we did! The loaded smoked potato was incredible—perfectly smoked, rubbed in olive oil and salt, then packed with butter, shredded cheddar, their rich mac & cheese sauce, and crispy house-made bacon bits (no bagged bits here). Topped it off with smoked sausage and a drizzle of BBQ sauce, and it was pure comfort food heaven. Also had to try their mac & cheese on the side, and you can tell they’ve spent years perfecting it. Over five cups of freshly shredded cheese, real cream, and just the right blend of seasonings make it ridiculously creamy and flavorful. If you’re anywhere near Fenton, do yourself a favor and stop at Crackersnacks BBQ. Amazing food, great flavors, and definitely worth the visit!
I've ordered both takeout and catering from Crackersnacks and both have been excellent! Dave was very easy to communicate with and super helpful in offering recommendations for food and amounts. I would absolutely order again for our next event!
Never have I wanted to take my time and savor a meal as much as I did this one. I went a little 'untraditional' for a BBQ place and got Mac & Cheese and the candied bacon. When I say that I almost moaned out loud, I am not exaggerating. Think of the iconic scene in "When Harry Met Sally". *swoon*. I also love that the available pop is a variety of Faygo, which are local to this area. This is a small business who supports local whenever possible. The food is cooked and prepared with intention and commitment, not slapped together mindlessly like many big chain places. I'll definitely be back. And I want to think of an event to host just so I can have them cater it.
Was able to get a two meat dinner (Brisket/Ribs) and two sides for 20. The brisket looked amazing and overall I would give them 7/10. On the dry side and not much smoke flavor. The ribs didn’t look the best however they were dam good!! 8.5/10 Now the Mac and cheese was amazing 9/10 The red beans were great also. 8/10. Looking forward to trying it again and hopefully the brisket will be better next time. Zero complaints on my end and would definitely recommend stopping and getting some great BBQ.
This place is the best BBQ joint we have tried. The Mac and Cheese bowl with the brisket is great. Also thank to the girl at the window who said to mix the sauces on my bowl.
We called them right as they were closing and we asked if they'd stay open a few minutes late for us. They Said on the phone that they didn't have much left but we didn't care cuz we needed some quick good food. We got brisket, the best baked beans I've ever had in my life, coleslaw and cornbread muffins. Everything was excellent and they gave us a discount because it was the end of the night and they wanted as little to go to waste as little as possible. Oh, and the candied bacon. You'd think you died and went to heaven. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

We had Crackersnacks BBQ cater our daughters graduation party last weekend, and to say it was a slam dunk is an understatement! From the communication a few months back, to delivering it on time, fresh and hot, it was a wonderful experience. We did quite an array: brisket, sausage and pulled pork, mac n cheese, green beans, baked beans, etc. Everything was raved about by our guests! We will not hesitate to hire them in the future, and continuing going to their location all the time! Thank you, Dave!
